Hi

I'm looking for some advice about where I stand legally and what other people would expect.

I have just had a builder build & install a conservatory & every thing looked fine so payment was paid,
But when we went to clean the windows we noticed a crack on the upper outside part of the frame from what you cant see from ground floor,
The builder is coming out to inspect later on today
What are my options on this?

Is it a crack or a scratch ? There are smart repair companies out there. Replacing the unit would be a major task !

Defiantly a crack Mate & I understand that replacing the unit would be a major task,
But also i don't want water to get inside the windows & i don't want the builder to come & fob me off with sealing it with silicone lol
