Question re Talk Talk 'friends and family'

I'm wondering if anyone knows this. If you are on someone's 'friends and family' list with talk talk, BUT you are not with talk talk yourself, is their call to you free for them? (during the day?)


Grateful if anyone knows the answer to this. I have to pay for my daytime calls, so I want to tell my relative (who's with talk talk, and who is elderly) to call me and that it won't cost them. I need to find out first.

Depends on which call plan they have:

Evening and weekend call plan, calls to 01, 02 and 03 are free during the specified times* (7pm – 7am.). Out of these times they get a reduction of 10 to 20% on the call cost if the number is specified in their calling circle.

Any time call plan, calls to 01, 02 and 03 are free any time time*.

Calls to 0845 and 0870 as 01, 02 and 03 calls above.

*All calls subject to 60 minute time limit.

Inner Zone, thanks so much. He's on the Any Time call plan and checked his bills, he's not being charged to call me. So from now on will call me. Thanks for making it a bit easier for us!

As pointed out above, they're chargeable after 1 hour. So terminate and redial if the call goes beyond one hour.
