Is anyone having problem listing on ebay?

Tried listing yesterday evening but as soon as I put amount in the box, it kept on disappearing so gave up.
Trying this morning and I can enter the amount. But now it is charging me 50p- I still have 9 unused listings for this month. It is not in a chargeable category.
What am I doing wrong?

Which browser are you using?I am a cow so cannot speak Bullshine but I do recognise its smell when I come upon it.0

Google chrome.
But I have listed without problems previously. Anyway this time after 6 or more attempts I gave up. The following day I could list with no problems. Just thought that everyone could be having the same problem.0
