    The RAC seem to be late to the party. The Consumers Association are much more on the ball.

    Interestingly, this has been one of the news headlines on Radio 5Live all morning; making the point that the "fine" does not reflect the loss to the landowner :)

    There was even a headline about the Beavis appeal (not that his name was mentioned) on BBC Breakfast news as I was leaving the house this morning. They still used the F word, although they did call them "illegal fines". :)

    NOT the RAC , it was the RAC foundation , which is a motoring charity
