Npower took £3135.32 to pay previous owners bill!!!

Hi,
If Npower have applied this in error (and any bills of this amount go through a further in house check before tey are sent due to just these issues) they will pay any charges for bouncing payments as they are completely liable for it.
It's a data protection issue. As you pointed out, they have added your bank detals available to the previous tenant. Sounds like a change of tenancy gone wrong.
You should push this to Energywatch as there are some serious issues in here.
Npower's policy tends to be to offer £20 compensation per month of the dispute.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
