Npower took £3135.32 to pay previous owners bill!!!

    Hi,

    If Npower have applied this in error (and any bills of this amount go through a further in house check before tey are sent due to just these issues) they will pay any charges for bouncing payments as they are completely liable for it.

    It's a data protection issue. As you pointed out, they have added your bank detals available to the previous tenant. Sounds like a change of tenancy gone wrong.

    You should push this to Energywatch as there are some serious issues in here.

    Npower's policy tends to be to offer £20 compensation per month of the dispute.
