Am i ok to sell my phone?

So i have 2 phones i have the iphone 6 (just upgraded) and my old s4 which i still like and use.

I am selling the iphone tommrow for £250 as i need to sell it asap to pay off a debit (i know you can get more but need it asap)

So am i allowed to sell the upgraded phone if i still pay the contract and use the sim in my s4?

Yes.
Remember if you have used it to remove it from your iCloud account, delete any personal data and disable FIND MY PHONE otherwise the buyer may have problems if they have to do a full factory reset.


£250 is a bit low, CEX may give you a bit more for it if there is on local..

Just been on their site and they sell them for £520.

Shame you did not have time to sell it on Ebay or Gumtree as you would have probably got more.
