Did you try ticking all 3 email options? Just Lancome didn't work for me, but all 3 did.0

I unticked the 3 email boxes then re-ticked and it then submitted.0

I hadn't tried it yet because I wasn't really interested in this prize ... but I just tested it there and did notice that there wasn't really any notification that it was doing anything after you click submit (ie, no different mouse pointer, no loading thing in the bottom left).
So just leave it for a minute ... I guess tick the Lancome box, then hit submit and just leave it for a minute, maybe go away and make a cup of tea or something or enter another comp and then go back to it and see if it's done anything. If it hasn't, tick another box and repeat the process.0
