PIP appeal time scale?

hi. friend just asked for paper hearing appeal .how long it takes? months?? her reconsedration only gave her 4points for care and 10points for mobilty.she not happy with daily living.

it might have been better for your friend to attend in person to the tribunal to give the panel a better understanding of your friend illnesses.

paper tribunal hearing and not as successful as a hearing when the claimant attends your friend could always bring someone with them for support make sure they send in all relevant evidence and supporting letters before the tribunal date

the time scales are taking a long time at the moment some people have been waiting for over a year
