I paid a motoring fine to the court by giving my visa debit card details to the court web site on Monday, got an automated receipt later but checked my account today and the money has not left my account, just wondered how long it should take to show up.

Anywhere from another day to 180 days from the transaction date, although the max allowed (before they have to re-submit) will depend on the terms of the agreement with their merchant acquirers.0
