got locked out of online a/c, mis-spelt password, and don't want to get left on hold / into argument on phone.. need to keep record of what's going on, too, in case they back track!
Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..

The closest thing they have seems to be the web-form on this page. You could perhaps copy and save any message that you send.Are you for real? - Glass Half Empty??
