HB and Council Tax Support on PIP/ESA

Hi All. My daughter is on the highest rate living for PIP and has this week been placed in the Support Group for ESA, she has no other income or savings.
She lives with 3 others who are all students and the exemptions forms were sent to the Council in December.
In the past and in previous tenancies she has had full Council Tax Support and HB. She moved in to this house in Sept 2014. Since that time we have been going to and fro trying to sort out her Council Tax bill, she is being told by one advisor she will get full cover but then receives a bill, for example of £185.
I have asked for a call back from them again but wondered in the meantime if anyone has any info about her situation. Thanks.

Council tax support is not national, but is devolved to councils, and their policy differs.
Which council?0 -

Thanks Rogerblack, yes this shows that her applicable amount is higher than the net weekly income so her council tax support is £27.27 before any discounts which is pretty much equal to the Council Tax due. I also found the entitled to site and did the same and again it shows as her not being expected to pay. I know these things aren't full proof but at least this gives me something to refer to when I speak to them again. Thanks again.0
