Old EPC when selling a property

I had an EPC done 2 years ago, but since then I've had loft insulation put in and the solid fuel back boiler removed and a condensing combi boiler installed. EPC rating went from an E44 to a C69 (online calculator).
Can I still use this EPC to sell the property or will I need to have new one done seeing as a lot has changed?

The choice is yours...your old certificate is still valid and lasts 10 years...but if you feel that a new certificate will better show the changes then thats up to you...
cost of a new epc is around £60 or so....so if you feel you need to reflect the changes you can otherwise stick with the old one and point out the changes to interested buyers if asked.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
