Eon Eco meter tariff issue

Hi
Not sure if the Eon representative can answer this.
We have an eco meter and have just moved into a new build.
We are on the standard eon tariff but the readings on the meter don't match the reading on the tariff
Our tariff is
Elec - £13.913p per kwh
£16.421 Std charge
Gas - £4.177p per Kwh
£21.90p std charge
The readings on the meter say
Elec - £13.25p per kwh
Gas - £7.12 per kwh
These don't even match the TCR rate either. Can you please advise if I need to do something or if you need to send some sort of signal to the meter as the readings are untrue on the ecometer at present
Thanks
Tom

Hi kartingmad,
I agree about the VAT.
It sounds like you have one of the new smart meters.
Have you contacted us to let us know you've taken over responsibility of the property? Have we opened an account for you?
If you have, or once this is done I'd suggest having a word with the smart team, they'll be able to check the details and see if we need to do some linking/paring etc.
Some of this can be done via signal, but some will need to be done manually by an engineer, the smart guys can arrange this for you.
They need to make sure your meters are correctly linked to your display monitor. Then all of this is linked to your account at our end.
Hope this helps, if you do need me to put you in contact with them, just let me know.
