Landlord Insurance for leasehold flat

Hi all, may I pick your knowledgeable brains please?
I have a leasehold flat of which all the owners are directors. I am renting it out - tenants moved in saturday. I pay a management fee to our management agent which already covers buildings insurance, maintenance, electricity of common parts etc.
How much landlord insurance do I need? Should I also insure the building in case of emergencies? or just cover loss of rent, legal costs, and minimum contents ( carpets and white goods)?

They are all optional and so its down to you to decide if you need these or if its better to simply budget for occasional needs to replace carpets etc0
