CP Plus Roadchef Bothwell

Hello All,
I have received a charge notice from CP Plus for Roadchef services Bothwell on the M74 in Scotland for overstaying parking beyond 2 hours.
I read the chart on this website that says if it is in Scotland I should ignore - do I just completely ignore or send any letter/correspondence to anyone?
thanks in advance for any help/guidance.

Yup just ignore it, they can only pursue the driver and you're under no obligation to tell them who it was.0

thanks for your quick reply herzlos - appreciated.0

Agreed - ignore, as long as you are (or know) the registered keeper. If this is a company car then make sure the lease company don't just pay it and try to charge you.
(Although I think they use ANPR anyway, so you likely received the PCN via post. If yes then ignore also my caveat above).
PS - I live not a million miles from there.0 -
I'm pretty sure the signs say it's ANPR monitored, I've been in a few times myself.0

The official advice on here from pretend Rumpole's of the Bailey is, in Scotland at least, ignore, but don't ignore. God knows what the advice is nowadays - i haven't a clue mate.0

So what's your agenda, dredging up threads about Scotland?
If it's not a company car, and the driver hasn't been identified, if the keeper receives a PCN through the post (notice to keeper) then Ignore - period. No confusion there at all.0 -
I'd keep hold of the paperwork though, in case there's anything you can use against them later, but I wouldn't contact the PPC at all.
The few that are getting taken to court are the ones that told them who was driving.0
