hey guys,
happy thursday.
the day was OK but pretty manic, lots of rushing around..busy at work...then picked up LL from school with Grandma and aunty Kristina today and his teacher was very welcoming, gave them a tour around, LL very excited to show off his class room.. his last day at school this term is tomorrow and his class will be saying a special goodbye tomorrow, his teacher told me privately that they have a couple of gifts for him which is so sweet and kind of his classmates, I love how thoughtful and supportive his school is.
then we had grandma and aunty Kristina for dinner here with us and they have spent the evening with LL, I showed them all the stuff he likes to do, watch, eat, his little quirks (soo many things when you stop and think of all of them, all the tiny things I take for granted knowing about him, things like "raggy" piece in each hand or he can't sleep, etc!).. and they then gave him his bath and read him his bedtime story.. then left for their hotel again until tomorrow when we will do the same again more or less.
i had a big chat with him again in the car and reassured him again about everything.. we have a plan.. i have promised him if he wants to come back, he must tell grandma/grandpa... then give it a whole day and a whole night.. and he if still feels the same.. he can tell me and i will come and get him.. i promised him that and that made him feel a lot more secure i think... and I have told him he can see me on Skype and Ozzy.. every day if he wants.. explained again about the time difference but said I will always be there just a Skype call away whatever happens. He says "The Merica" instead of America lol :Dxx- on a mission to be debt-free by the end of 2017 -

hey locas,
today was a bit on the crap side
LL has been with the USA crew for the whole day and is still with them tonight... no dramas which is great and they text me after he was asleep to let me know he'd had a good day etc. Very pleased at the lack of separation anxiety but I have missed him anyway. Stayed busy by starting my car project and doing chores/food shoppping but just haven't felt right all day..
have been in absolute agony with an intermittent problem i have in my neck/shoulderblade.. its been going on for 3 years but just flares up at unpredictable times, today it was after i lifted a heavy carrier bag at what must have been a funny angle and the pain comes like a jolt that makes me feel sick and then for the next few days i am stuck with it hurting every time i try to move my head or neck, its excruciating. made me pretty slow doing everything today after that and i've just wanted to rest with the heated pad on the area. it has happened on and off since 2012 and when it's going on the pain is unreal.. but the rest of the time non existent so its like something always there waiting to happen. another thing that can set it off is sleeping in a draught which has happened a few times but seems certain movements also do. i suppose i should mention it to the doctor one day.
also am feeling ridiculously exhausted at all times with nausea on and off... i think it's to do with my medication and I have been reading up about the time I take my dose, there may be some advantage to swapping taking it from morning to night time which can help if you have the side-effect of daytime tiredness. Tonight I took a dose between 9pm and 10pm which is what I will give a trial of and see if that helps with the extreme fatigue. I am concerned at how bad it as as I find myself falling asleep at random which makes it very dangerous for me to drive.
Some people in my block are having another very loud party but I'm going to try and sleep and hope to feel better all round tomorrow. xxxxxx- on a mission to be debt-free by the end of 2017 -
