nPower - Opening Meter Reading Issue

So I recently switched gas to nPower sicne they were (unfortunately) the cheapest by a fair way. They've now asked me to submit opening meter readings but I can't - the online form keeps asking me for both gas and electricity readings even though they aren't supplying my electricity. Anyone else had this issue? Can't…
