Renting question unsolved by letting agents

Moved into new house on Friday great stuff but as silly as it sounds we have an unsolved problem that in my eyes is not just a little niggle, asked LA to solve and was told parts needed for cooker and top would be in house by Sat morning (they were apparantly being cleaned) fast forward to this evening and still waiting, we have rung, text and hubby went down to office this morning to be told once again they would be dropped off
Basically the oven is just a shell, no inner shelves or shelves support (so not a case of just a universal shelf and putting it in) and no pan supports for top of cooker, unusable fully in my eyes and replacement parts is coming to nearly £150 for all which I don't feel we should be paying for.
Any ideas for next steps? Using just microwave and fryer for now but cannot keep on like this and feels like LA are simply ignoring us

Write a letter to the LL at the address 'for the serving of notices' outlining the problem, the dtaes on which you've discussed it, and the promises you've received.
Do this as well as continuing to call the agents once or twice a day (at least).
I too hope you have no agreed to pay for this!?
If both the cooker and oven are unusable that presumably means you have no means of cooking....?
