The figures are on Aca site linked to Aberdeen down 4.3% between Nov15 and Nov16 up 1.3% between Oct16 and Nov16
That's very odd? The OP uses ASPC as the more accurate measure. They have Aberdeen down 9.1% YoY

I notice other estimates concour with that.

LOL...
Epic trolling own-goal from the crashaholics. :rotfl:“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

From what I can see there's been a bit of a nose dive.

Some property VI`s say that prices are up based on the few houses that have sold, so what, they are definitely not going up in Hamish`s home town......:rotfl:0 -

.......and please tell us where they're heading? HAMISH said they'd be recovering by now. Another 10% down this year? He's been wrong with Brexit, he's been wrong with Trump, and he's wrong with house prices. He's been about as accurate as you with his predictions. Wrong, wrong, wrong.:rotfl:0 -
I'm looking at properties in north wales and west cumbria areas atm and many of them are cheaper than they were 10 years ago, decent modernised 3 bed houses in decent areas for less than 100k, if we took london and the home counties out of the equation the property market would look completely different.0

the guy in the picture is almost exactly what I imagine HAMISH to look like.
