It is about £60 p.m more for similar flats, not bedsits, a bedsit has the bedroom and cooking/living facilities in the same room.0 -

The figures are on Aca site linked to Aberdeen down 4.3% between Nov15 and Nov16 up 1.3% between Oct16 and Nov160
