When to enter: Entries must be received between 00.01 on 11th February 2015 and 23:59 on 20th March 2015 (the Closing Date).
Prize: There is 1 prize. The prize is a holiday to New York City (NYC) for the winner and 1 guest (the Holiday) during Tartan Week 2015, departing on 10 April 2015, returning on 14 April 2015. The Holiday includes the following:
Return flights from either Dublin, Glasgow, Manchester or a London Airport to a New York Airport.
Return airport transfers to/from NYC.
4 nights’ accommodation at a hotel in NYC (Minimum 3 star hotel, twin or double room).
£800 spending money between the winner and their guest.
Access to the official Tartan Week parade.
Dinner at a Scottish restaurant in New York City (Maximum spend, £200).
There are several conditions in relation to the Holiday which the winner should be aware of:
The Holiday will be booked by us through our chosen supplier. We will select a hotel that meets the minimum requirements set out in condition 5. We will contact the winner to find out their preferred choice of UK airport for the return flights among the options set out in condition 5. We will then confirm the exact dates/times of the return flights. Once the flights and hotel have been booked, they cannot be changed.
The winner and their guest must meet the cost of their travel to/from the UK airport. We will not contribute to the cost of transfers to/from the UK airport.
It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that both they and their guest have all necessary travel documentation. This includes full passports which are valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel and any visas/immigration permissions required (including ESTA clearance).
Travel insurance is not provided as part of the Holiday. It is the responsibility of the winner to meet any costs relating to obtaining appropriate insurance cover.
A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel.
The Holiday does not include the costs of any meals, excursions, transport, entry into any events or any other personal expenses incurred in connection with the Holiday other than those set out in condition 5.
The winner and their guest must both be aged 18 or over.
How to enter: Entry is free! To enter, all you need to do is:
Play our BRULand game on https://www.irn-bru.co.uk (the Game);
When prompted by the Game, you must log-into your Facebook account and accept these conditions of entry;
Submit your name, Game score, and e-mail address;
When prompted, accept the Facebook application permission settings and agree to the release of Facebook from any liability in relation to the promotion in accordance with condition 20.
If you follow these steps, you’ll be entered into this promotion and your name will also be added to the Game leaderboard!
You can play the Game as many times as you like without entering this promotion! You will only be entered into this promotion and have your name added to the Game leaderboard if you follow the steps set out in condition 7. You can improve your clan’s position on the Game leaderboard by submitting additional entries. However, only one entry per person will be valid.
Picking & notifying the winners: We will arrange for the winner to be picked at random from all valid entries on 23 March 2015. We will notify the winner by Facebook instant message on24 March 2015. The winner must then respond to our Facebook instant message by 31 March 2015, providing their address and contact details. Please note that the winner does not need to be a member of the clan that tops the Game leaderboard; that’s just for fun! The winner is the person who is picked in accordance with this condition

Tell me about it One of my searches was for "Win a New York Trip" Search comes back with "Sorry no matches please try a different term" What? In all the posts on here, there isn't a New York Trip to be won? Nuts, more nuts and stick a few raisins in on top. Bah. Martin has sold us down the river me thinks :cool:
