Main prize:

18. There is a main prize draw to win one prize of a holiday worth up to £12,000 from a choice of either: a Route 66 American road trip; a Caribbean cruise; or a holiday to Mauritius.
20. The main prize holiday must be booked and taken by 31st December 2016, and cannot be taken during the following periods:

• 15th December 2015 to 3rd January 2016
• 25th March to 11th April 2016
• 29th April to 2nd May 2016
• 27th to 30th May 2016
• 26th to 29th August 2016

22. Exact details of the main prize holiday will be confirmed with the winner once the winner has been selected. The winner will be asked to specify which of the 3 holidays he/she has chosen, how many people are travelling and their preferred dates. Cloud 9 Incentives will then find the winner a possible holiday worth up to £12,000 based on the winner’s preferences, and will liaise with the winner to agree any necessary changes or further details according to availability and preferences. Once the winner has confirmed he/she wishes to proceed with the main prize holiday, Cloud 9 Incentives will make the booking.
23. The holiday can be for 2 adults travelling premium economy class or alternatively 2 adults and 2 children flying economy class, subject to availability. Additional travellers beyond this number can be added, subject to availability, but the cost of all additional travellers must be met by the winner.
