Failed Delivery within stated time

I recently purchased a PS4 for my son from a company called The ElectroHut.com delivery was stated 7-10 working days.10 days are up and still no sign of the PS4, I have tried phoning the company but only ever get a recorded message to say they are all very busy please try again later!!! I have emailed and they give you a ticket number which they say they will deal with by priority - mine query was make as low priority!!
Since yesterday I have read some reviews on this company and everyone seems to have had trouble there isn't one good review to be read!! Any advice on how I can get back my £287.00 which was paid by Debit Card. - Help Please
