Santander incompetence

Ok, so I know they are not exactly the best run bank, but this is just ridiculous. I have owned my house for just over 6 years. Every company that sent letters to the previous owner eventually stopped after letters were returned as not known at this address.....except for Santander. They have continued to send post ever…

I had a similar situation with an insurance company who claimed they could not legally change the address unless the policy holder told them to and that documents would keep being sent to my address. Problem is she was dead, and even though I told them this four years later they still send it here.
