WARNING on CreditExpert charging

I didn't realise I'd done a free trial with them years ago.
I signed up, and they immediately debitted my account with £14.99. As soon as I saw this, I cancelled and asked for a full refund.
I hadn't been able to access my file at this point, as they send you a pin number by post to get back in.
I have only received a refund of £8.68 which has been pro rata'd. BUT I have not been able to get anything from my file.
So I've been charged for nothing.
Am still chasing them, but be warned...
