Flat up for sale, no interest, when do I drop the price?

Thanks, thats helpful. It's coming up to 3 weeks now and no interest at all, the rightmove stats aren't great either. I'm wanting to drop the price but feel I should wait at least a month first? In answer to your question, I would probably wait a bit longer. Sold my flat through house network in September and thought they were brilliant (though their conveyancing department was a complete nightmare and I would recommend steering clear of them)
I thought the photos they produced were really great compared with local agents. I initially put mine on the market for offers in region of £100000, and reduced it after about six weeks when the number of viewings and the weekly statistics started to drop off a bit. I accepted an offer £82000 when it had been on the market for just under 3 months. I think in the current market, particularly if in an area where there are lots of flats being sold cutting the price is probably the way forward if you want a quick sale try not to be too hasty.0
