lloyds bank fraud?

Hi there,
checking my lloyds bank account online today, a transaction of £3800 has been taken out of my account from legal and general. I have never had any dealings with this company, only knowing them from TV adds.
I have contacted the banks fraud team and they will credit me the money back , they have also stop my card and sent me a new one. I am not sure how this happened as I have not used any website services that my jeopardise my card and accounts security.
I had fraud on my old bank card back last summer, that was sorted quickly, and a new card was sent. Would this have any relation to the issue.
Does anyone have some advise, or has had a similar issue? I would like to contact legal and general but cannot find a useful number, does anyone know of a number that can be used?
Thanks in advance.

Nothing else really to do, the bank will credit you the money and investigate and if they find you did make the transaction and the details all match up etc they will take the money back simple really.0 -
You'll never find out how your card was comprimised. Retailers have data breaches all the time (Big and small ones).0
