The issue is my tax credits award notice is £15800 but it does not show my income from iidb which is about 4k .so this is where i get conflicting advise the fuel advisory service say they would only use my tax credit award as my income but others have said they will use my total household income which would be £19800 ish so would be too high to qualify

    Who are these 'others'...?
Are they in anyway connected to the scheme ?
  • Just been on the phone to a company called energy solutions it appears they only take into account earned income and any private pension income which appears on your wtc award so based on what I told him he said i would aalify for a new boiler .thank you to everybody who posted
