War Horse tickets for £10? Is it too good to be true?

So I was recently advised by a friend to see War Horse at the New London Theatre because they saw it and loved it. They also booked the cheapest tickets going (about £25 I think) and although it was 'restricted view' they said they still got decent seats. Having looked for the cheapest seats I cam across some on Yplan. I did some research online and also found a code HIPHOORAY for £10 credit. The cheapest seats going are £20 and with the code I am paying a tenner.

The problem is it sounds to good to be true. Has anyone ever used this Yplan app? How do you get the tickets or do they come up on the phone?

Would really appreciate some help. Looks like some good stuff to do in London with this app but I don't want to be screwed over!

I can't comment on the app but we turned up at the box office at 10am, and got tickets for that afternoons matinee performance for (I think) £25 - there are about twelve such seats held back, in the front row towards the right and left of the stage
