Ah ok, so your practical advice to me is to check with the individual company? That is fair enough. I personally wasn't aware of there being nothing in CCR which covers the formation of the contract, and the company I worked for explicitly stated that the contract was formed when dispatch confirmation was sent to the customer. That is the reason for my differing opinion on the matter, hence asking for more information.
