Changing Business suppliers lags a long way behind the Domestic method.
Like jbuchanangm I changed my Church and Church Hall gas and electric from UW to Gazprom. The terms were only available on the day and I had 34 bits to paper to complete and get signed. It's not at friendly.

Why wasn't I given the option then to opt for a business account rather than complete silence?
You had the option of applying for a business tariff, via a business site. Instead you chose to try and put a business through on a residential site, when it was made clear this was not possible.You'll find that business tariffs have the same tie in periods as residential ones.. Just for the record..
