UKPC Ticket - Popla Appeal...Help!

Just received ( copied into an email ) submission to Popla from UKPC, looks to be arguing the points raised in my above Popla appeal, specifically the GPEOL they have referred to other cases and 'expert?' evidence??? Any comments welcomed, is this a typical response, do I need to submit anything else to Popla in response to this?
In addition they have also submitted a letter of authority from the land owners.
I have tried to link to the document but cannot load it or copy to the forum....anyone help with this?0 -
Try searching this forum for UKPC rebuttal. This has been discussed a few times as I recall.0
