I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, couldn't see any thread with a quick search.

It looks like Halifax has increased their switching bonus to £125; so if anyone hasn't already got the bonus now is a good time to go for it.

£100. The £125 incentive applies to applications to switch received on or after 16th February.

Oh dear, I won't mention it.;)
  • Quidco added £40 to the switching bonus before 16th February.
So it was a better deal overall, originally. (If you gamble on quidco paying up)

People always comment on "Gambling" on Quidco. I've had two cashbacks delayed so far, and Quidco ended up paying it in advance to me when I asked them about it.
Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.

ALWAYS HAVE A DIRECT DEBIT SET UP FOR THE MINIMUM PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PLAN TO LOGIN AND PAY EACH MONTH.
