Which is my main current account?
Why am I allowed only one selection?
I'd like to have expressed an opinion on both M&S and Yorkshire Bank for their tortuous and tedious account opening procedures.0 -

Because, I know this is anathema here, some people just want a bank they use day to day and so want a measure of the day to day service.
Account opening, presumably chasing free money, is not representative of what people do with their bank as an ongoing thing.0 -
Headline is "How do you rate your bank account's service?".
We are then invited to "Please vote based on CUSTOMER SERVICE" which I regard as something else.
"Service" to me includes how good the facilities are and how few issues arise. "Customer Service" to me means how well humans handle interactions including dealing with any issues as they arise.
For many, a bank with an excellent service will mean that there is no reason to contact Customer Services in the first place.0 -
Don't shoot the messenger.
Why am I allowed only one selection?
How do you fill it in more than once?veryintrigued wrote: »Repeat the survey for each account?
It takes 2 seconds
Having more than one current account does not imply that people don't use them all for day to day use (however that may be defined). At the latest since the Natwest/RBS meltdown, prudent people have more than one current account with different companies.Because, I know this is anathema here, some people just want a bank they use day to day and so want a measure of the day to day service.
Account opening, presumably chasing free money, is not representative of what people do with their bank as an ongoing thing.
More than that, what is the downside of people reporting their opinion of dealing with whatever bank in the last 6 months?0 -

I have no idea whether anything changed. I could never complete any MSE survey more than onceMSE wrote:We try to use technology to limit voting to one per person.
Seems you have found a way to neutralise whatever technology is used.0
