    Have a shop around. I bought a wrist one last year and nearly all the places i looked at were offering them for about 25->30quid for a decent one. So it might be that the boots one was over priced in the first place.

    Upper arm monitors are more accurate but are more expensive. You have to remember to hold your arm up so your wrist is level with your heart when you use the wrist ones, but ive found the wrist one i bought to be accurate and ive had a lot of use out of it.

    This is on special offer + half price at the moment. Just bought one. Does not have a memory. Their other one is £50 at present and it has a memory. Staff in Lloyds told me it was £25 a few weeks ago, but now the cheaper one is on offer. They swap them around. I'll test it out.
