Cash back credit card

Hello,
I've a cash back credit card with a high spend limit. I can earn cash back anywhere I spend. I also work for someone that owns a few shops and I do the shopping for him. I was thinking to start using my card to pay for the purchases and than bank the cash he gives me in my bank account and transfer it to the credit card. I'M talking over 4k a week
Can I do that?
Won't the bank complain that I'm doing business with the money or some kind of recycling?
Everything is legit, I shop every week from a national cash and carry. And I would pay taxes on the earnings.
Has anyone any thought?
