Child tax credits and moving in with parents

Hello all, I am hoping someone will know better than I do.....
Currently my partner and I have our own house, have two kids and receive child tax credits. In the next few months we shall be moving into my partners parents house with his parents, will this make any difference to our child tax credits? I ask because I went on to entitledto.com and it asks who we live with and our housing status. If I pick that we will be living with relatives it then goes on to ask about non-dependents and this is where I get a bit lost with it all. I have read what it means by non-dependents but I am still totally unsure what it means and if it applies to us...:huh::huh:
Saying that I don't remember being asked when we claimed originally a few years back what our housing and living status was but maybe I have forgotten.
