income support and being self employed

hiya

we applied for incapacity and income support a couple of weeks ago, but because I am self employed the income support claim has gone to a desicion maker.

just had her on the phone and they need loads of info from me which I can provide,

thing is, I put down I work 16 hours a week, which I do, but what happens if some weeks I had to work more but for same money (IYKWIM?)

I have to give her a diary of the hours I did etc etc, what happens if one week I did less than 16? I am pregnant and sometimes take a few days off cause I aint feeling well etc.

just a bit confused, they also need to see a copy of my tax return from last year.

how does all this affect gettig income support? except it taking a lot longer to process lol.

I guess what I was trying to say was - would they accept an average.

ie some weeks I worked 24 hours but others were only 10 hours so kinda averages at 16 hours a week over that month.

would they be ok with that?
