Any landlords had experience of Green Deal HIF?

I am thinking of applying for the above fund but I'm finding the whole process very confusing. Has anyone else had experience, good or bad of this please?

The process shouldn't be any different for a landlord other than needing your tenants permission to do the works & providing proof of ownership.
The GDHIF isn't currently open for applications. However to apply you need an EPC or GDAR and a 'valid' quote from a green deal installer.0
