On that subject I did notice a quirk recently when helping someone else switch into Co-op using 2 x Tesco DDs on the donor account. When the switch was completed I noticed two things at Tesco:
1. The old (BOS donor account) DDI wasn't deleted, and
2. The new DDI with Co-op was also called "BoS", even though it had the correct sort code and account number for Co-op.
I'll leave these as they are as the Co-op account will shortly be switched to Nationwide (for £50 each plus whatever is on offer at one of the cashback sites) and I don't want to risk creating a problem!0
