Tax credits phone woes

Tamping! Tried (again) to contact tax credits to notify change of childcare costs. On hold for 32 minutes then message changes from your call will be answered by next available person to we cannot take your call try again another time. Then my call is cut off! Not happy!:mad:

I rang one friday evening to inform them of income costs at 6:50pm. I was on hold for an hour and 20 minutes to then be cut off. Dam right annoying.0

I called them at 1423 today to update my income for this year. I was off the phone at 1428.0
