Bank Statement Question

From experience you would not be able to just pick them up from your branch there and then because they may need to pull the information from archive and then get it printed out officially and send it to you.

You can see back a certain amount of time on the online banking so the branch can probably see that far too. If the Lloyds response here earlier was that the phone bank team can request the older stuff for you, the implication is that you can ask for them and they will be requested and then once available you'll receive them in due course. You may or may not have to pay a fee for the duplicate of the original statement which you lost. It would seem quicker to call phonebank and ask them to order the statements for you than physically go to a branch to ask them to order them for you.

Hi Jesc.

The branch would have to request the statements in the same way as PhoneBank so they wouldn't be able to provide the information instantly. If you're calling, the number is 0845 3000 000 / 01733 347 007.

Just rang Lloyds Phone Bank to request a statement during the time period stated above and they said it can't be done. I can only get a statement from 10 years ago maximum which seems weird given that U can get 12 years ago statements online. Don't know what's going on their really!?
