    I've emailed you the calculator.

    As you can see, benefits are listed monthly down the right hand side and they are also entered on the Property Information Form.

    Is this working or child tax credit?

    I seen the form the mortgage broker sent but all the benefits in etc.
    Help to buy south west
    It was tax credits.
    I rang help to buy south west and they said the same they can't take into account tax credits or child ben but working tax they can.
    We don't get working tax as we're above theshold.
    Got estate agents ringing so obviously they know we won't be going for the house we can't get on the property ladder anyhow as we haven't got a big enough deposit thats why we thought we would go for help to buy.

    So they don't accept child tax credits as part of your income, but do accept working tax credits?

    If it's not a daft question, why do the calculator and the PIF ask about things they don't actually care about and ignore?

    Thing is, if these had been entered correctly in the right boxes on the calculator, the output would have said it wasn't affordable? Did someone record them incorrectly?

    Yea i know its madness thd broker put it in right i seen the form.
    I also rang help to buy south west today to double check and was told the same dont accept child tax credits or child ben but working tax is fine.
