hi does anyone know anything about televisions my 50in Hitachi keeps losing volume and coming back on again I have only had it 2 years, any ideas please

I remember many moons ago when remotes first came out seeing a set the same as mine in a shop window. Next time we went shopping I took my controller and played silly devils with the volume from across the arcade.
