Cassandra hot water bottles

I bought 2 Cassandra plain hot water bottles December 2014. Both have leaked in the last couple of weeks. The fault is NOT in the rubber. It is the stoppers. The threads have worn already and the stoppers are loose. Both have flooded the bed. Does anyone know how I can contact the manufacturer please? They need to know there is a fault, AND, I would like replacement stoppers. TIA
