I know they ain't that sharp in Sunderland, but are you saying it left the factory with that damage?0 -
As a £500 banger, it really isn't worth fixing. I'm sure if you take the back bumper off (again) the full extent of the damage to that quarter and the rippled floor will indicate how madly mashed it really is.0

No, I think he is saying that most Micra's you see kicking about have dents and bangs in them...:rotfl:0 -

Have to agree, they all look like this around here.0 -
I don't think there is a cheap option to repair that.
Front bumper and wings the same color from a scrappy could make it half decent to look at but would probably cost in panels and labor £350-450. rear quarter needs quite a bit of work and fettling to look normal for a fill and spray cheap job your looking at probably in the region of £300-500, proper way to repair it would be to buy a patch panel outer rear quarter cut away the damage hammer and dolly inner panel lips straight weld in new patch scuff half of the car down and repaint from quarter into half the front door, £700-1000 should see it done the right way properly at a reputable place.
on a micra its not worth it, and in my area too there are a lot of them with battle scars so it seems to be the norm.
effectively the car is a Cat C in my opinion even if its not recorded.0 -
you wouldn't want to park near the previous owner.......whose don't a pretty good job on 3 out of 4 corners:D0

If you really want to you can push all of those dents out yourself in a couple of hour, as for the paint job, don't even bother will cost too much unless you want to take a can of spraypaint which gives pretty horrible results most of the time...
but honestly I dont see anything wrong with that car, just drive as-is!0
