Does checking my credit file affect anything?

As the title says. I need to check my credit file with experian and equifax, but will the fact I checked it be visible to lenders? Or am I safe to do this? I already have a lot of searches in the past 6 months!

The fact you've searched your own file is only visible to yourself and the CRA, ie it's an unrecorded enquiry.0
