Santander - at it again?

Having failed to get rid of its inherited Free Forever current accounts which it inherited when it took over the likes of A&L (in my case) but also AN, in mid-2012, they're trying it on again. This time it's more subtle - they're not trying a monthly fee (yet) - just changes to the T&C (limits on cash deposits and no of cheques - otherwise fees). So not FREE then Santander.
