I have a 32gb Lexar usb and it has stopped me adding files to it- I get the message that the disk is write protected. This is a feature that I haven't turned on and I cant see hoe to turn it off. Help!

I'm gonna guess you bought it cheap and it is a fake.0

No. I got from ebuyer and it has worked fine since I bought it over a year ago.0

Has it got a tiny slide switch on the side that has got knocked to 'protect' by accident?0

Lexar usb drives are notoriuosly bad even when they are legit. If have access to a Linux/Unix system, try to "fsck" it.
fsck.vfat /dev/sdX1
where X is how the drive is seen by Linux.0 -
I have problems with these Lexar 32gb usb flash drives in Hudl but not on other tablets or pcs etc. They work initially then stop being recognised. Hudl support has no suggestions as to why...0
