Survey came back - should I worry?

To me it doesn't sound too bad, the main thing is the chimney and timbers in the loft near to it. Once that's sorted the rest of the problems are the sort of things any house could 'suffer' from.
Obviously it may impact the price you offer but to me it doesn't sound like a show stopper unless you want a house purchase with no issues (which is usually never the case!) - at least this report advises you that the chimney and roof need some attention, the electrics may need testing (and updating at some point)

From the OP
8) Valuation
In my opinion the market value as inspected was (What we have offered).
It does sound as if the price you've agreed takes into account the current condition.
Can you phone the surveyor to have a chat? They can be quite forthcoming when it is not written in black and white and may give you an idea of the cost involved in putting things right.0
